We had an amazing stay with exceptional service from the staff. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including the three pools and large wellness area with saunas. The location near the Grosslockner mountain provided beautiful views. The breakfast provided was delicious.

While the spa facilities are excellent, the evening entertainment is limited, and additional evening activities such as table tennis or Tischfussballtable would be appreciated.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the mountains, perfect if you love skiing or hiking. Bonus points for the cool activities organized, like ice skating.

Although the WiFi was available, it was very weak and inconsistent. The swimming pool could be a bit warmer.
